Warranty & Returns



All of our items come with 30 days seller warranty from the Purchase date and Brand new phones may have 1-year Manufacturer warranty. OEM International version phones have an International warranty and would be covered only in their Manufacturer region. USA carrier phones have 1-year Manufacturer warranty from the date it was released.

Refunds and exchanges are only acceptable within 30 days of Purchase date. Item must be in same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. Buyer is responsible for return shipping (Unless the item is defective or wrong item was sent) and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the wrong shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat $20 restocking fees*. "Applies when the item is sealed and return unopened."

  • To avoid a 15% restocking fee on Returns for consumer electronics items, Please make sure following conditions are met:
  • Items must be returned unused & with the original box, product packaging, accessories & parts.
  • Please be sure not to put shipping labels on Original item box.
  • Restocking fees do not apply when an item is returned as defective or because an incorrect product was delivered.
  • Original Shipping is non-refundable unless The Wireless Circle has sent an incorrect or defective item.

“Cell phones: Please make sure to remove any Google account manually before performing factory data reset on the phone. Any returned phone with Google account lock may lead to 15% restocking fees.”
