Warranty:

All of our items are backed with a 30 days warranty. If for some reason, we cannot fix the device. We will be happy to replace it for you. After 30 days warranty, All New phones may have a 1 year manufacturer warranty by the Country of Origin. All other items after 30 days can be sent in for Repair or replacement at a nominal fee. OEM International version phones have International warranty and would be covered only in their Manufacturer region. USA carrier phones have 1 year Manufacturer warranty from the date it was released.

Exchange or Returns:

We honor 30 day on Exchange / Returns from the Purchase date. In order to expedite every Exchange / Returns, you must contact us to get RMA #. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless The Wireless Circle has shipped an incorrect item or item is defective. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund.

Returns on Brand new Phones:

If for any reason Buyer dislikes the item they received. Item must be returned back to us in new condition including all packaging. If the item, accessories or packaging has any sign of usage a 20% Restocking fees would be applied on a refund. Buyer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for a Return on personal dislike item. The Wireless Circle holds the right to inspect and decide if the item qualifies for a 20% Restocking fees. We are Honest & Reputable sellers; if the guidelines are met then you will receive a Full refund. Please be sure not to put shipping labels on Phone boxes that causes a big inconvenience and would be entitled for a 20% restocking fees as well.

All Brand new phones being returned after 7 days (opened box and used item) are entitled for a 20% Restocking fees.
